<B>Who would have thought that a simple thing like a cable would improve
performance?</b>

We had a chance to test out the Ultra S-AV cables from Mad Catz recently. The
cables are sturdy, and the quality is clearly a step beyond most other cables
out there. I was rather impressed with the quality of the workmanship of
the cables. They look like they can take a beating and keep on ticking. And
they do keep on ticking. After repeated use (and a little abuse which we
won't go into) the cables still work.
<p align=left><span class="body-1">
One thing you need to know is that S Video is clearly an improvement over the
regular A V cables that ships with the Xbox. The picture quality is sharper,
and the generally the sound is clearer. For those of you with 5.1 DTS you
will be immediately impressed with improvements there. If your television,
or whatever you hook your game systems into, have the capabilities, not utilizing
the S Video is a crime.

With standard AV cables going for the same price, at 19.95, you wont find a
better S Video cable package anywhere. Those of you that have S Video capabilities
owe it to yourselves to pick these up.
